Scott was more than accomodating, the price was very competetive and appealing, he even threw in a couple of extras. I will definately recommend NELSON AIR to all my friends and family. The gentleman Scott was courteous, friendly, clean and extremely knowledgeable & professional. He also proved to have a very keen eye to detail, and was very meticulous, as I observed him creatively installing certain parts for the purposes of being hidden from plain view (which was a nice touch). Pricing was very competitive, and I am glad I went with them, as there were no hassles, with even a few extras tossed in at no charge. In a nutshell, Nelson Air installed what the competitors wanted $10000 more for; a quality turn key heating and air conditioning solution in the shortest amount of time that didn't leave me disappointed in the end.. Nelson Air, True Professional. Just wanted to thank scott for a wonderful job on installing my central heating and air conditioning system. He recommended an AMANA HVAC system and the warranty seems unbeatable. All in all excellent job, clean, on time, thorough and easy to talk to. i highly recommend nelson air to all who are in need of heating and or air conditioning. The pilot light kept going out and on occasion we would hear a minor explosion in the furnace closet, which was scaring me. I broke down and decided to get quotes again. Scott showed up (on time!) and gave me a reasonable quote. He was friendly and personable. I felt like I could trust him. He did a beautiful job! Sean - Jul 8, 2010 Scott and Danny just finished our install yesterday. We had a complete overhaul done and we are very happy with the work they did. We found them through google and asked for a free estimate based on the good reviews. I'm happy we did. We received three other bids but we never felt a comfort level with the representative that came out. Scott came out himself and walked us through everything and gave us a detailed bid on the spot. The price was excellent and a few days later, the job was done. These guys work hard and are PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE to make sure the job gets done right. That is a big difference between Nelson Air and the others out there. I absolutely feel that they went above and beyond. I'm a very picky customer and was completely satisfied with the job. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. I'm always dying without air conditioner and Nelson Air finally fixed it for me!

They WILL beat anyones prices AND give free estimates so you have time to shop around and compare.
