I just wanted to say that Nelson Air was a pleasure to have at our house. The gentleman Scott was courteous, friendly, clean and extremely knowledgeable & professional. He also proved to have a very keen eye to detail, and was very meticulous, as I observed him creatively installing certain parts for the purposes of being hidden from plain view (which was a nice touch). Pricing was very competitive, and I am glad I went with them, as there were no hassles, with even a few extras tossed in at no charge. Nelson Air does it right the first time. After having bad experiences with big name contractors and so called 'reputable' and 'established' contractors, I learned about Nelson Air through a business associate who used them for residential and commercial applications alike so I decided to give them a try.. In a nutshell, Nelson Air installed what the competitors wanted $10000 more for; a quality turn key heating and air conditioning solution in the shortest amount of time that didn't leave me disappointed in the end.. We had received a couple quotes for a new furnace, but just couldn't afford it. A couple years later it was getting bad. The pilot light kept going out and on occasion we would hear a minor explosion in the furnace closet, which was scaring me. I broke down and decided to get quotes again. Scott showed up (on time!) and gave me a reasonable quote. He was friendly and personable. I felt like I could trust him. He did a beautiful job! He cleaned up after himself, which doesn't happen with all contractors! We have an awesome, new furnace that has never let us down! Thank you Scott !
